Wyroo documentation

Welcome to the Wyroo documentation. Wyroo is a shared workspace for building and interior projects. It keeps the plan, the tasks, the files and the conversation for a project in one place, so the whole team works from the same picture.

These guides are written for everyone on a project: the architect setting it up, the contractor on site, and the partners and clients they invite. The language is plain on purpose. If you are new, start with the getting started guide. If you already know your way around, jump straight to the area you need.

You do not have to learn everything at once. Most days you will live on one screen, the board, where the work for a project is laid out as cards you can move along. The rest of the areas below support that: people, files, and your own settings.

Where to go next

• Getting started walks you through your first sign in and the basics. See Welcome to Wyroo.
• Projects are the building or interior jobs you run in Wyroo. Each one holds its own tasks, files and people, and can be broken into spaces (the rooms, zones or areas of the job).
• The board is where the work lives. Tasks are cards you drag between columns as they move from to do to done. Start with the board overview.
• Files keeps drawings, photos and documents next to the work they belong to, so nobody hunts through email for the latest version.
• Working together covers comments, mentions, roles and invites, so the right people see the right things and conversations stay attached to the work.
• Your account is where you set your language, sign in options and notifications, so Wyroo fits how you work.
