Create your account and get set up

Getting into Wyroo takes a few minutes. You create an account, fill in a short setup wizard, confirm your email, and then invite the people you work with. This page walks you through each step so the whole team starts from the same place.

What happens when you sign up

When you register, Wyroo creates two things for you:

• Your personal account (your name, email and sign in details).
• A company (also called your workspace), named after the firm or business you enter.

The first person to register a company becomes its admin. An admin can change company details and invite teammates. Anyone who joins an existing company later starts as an editor, which means they can work on projects but cannot manage the company itself. A project is a single building or interior job you run in Wyroo.

How to create your account

1. Open the sign up page and choose Create account.
2. Fill in your full name and email address. Use the email you actually check, because we send a confirmation to it.
3. Enter your company name. This is the firm or business the workspace belongs to. If a workspace with that name already exists, you join it instead of starting a new one.
4. Pick your country from the list. You can type to search.
5. Choose a password and type it again to confirm.
6. Select Create account.

Tip: If a colleague invited you, open Wyroo from the invitation email first. Signing up that way drops you straight into the right company, and your account even picks up the language the inviter used.

Verify your email

After you create your account, Wyroo sends a confirmation email with a link. Open that email and select the link to verify your address. This proves the email is yours and unlocks the rest of the app.

If the email does not arrive within a few minutes:

1. Check your spam or junk folder.
2. On the verification screen, choose Resend verification email.
3. Make sure the address you typed is correct. If it is wrong, sign out and register again with the right one.

Finish the setup wizard

The first time you sign in, a short setup wizard opens. You cannot skip past it into the app, but it only takes a moment.

Step 1: your profile (everyone sees this).

1. Add a profile photo by clicking the box or dragging an image onto it. This is optional, but a photo makes you easy to spot on cards and comments.
2. Enter your job title, for example “Project lead” or “Site foreman”.
3. Add your phone number. The field formats the number as you type.
4. Add your LinkedIn address if you like. You can paste just the link and Wyroo fills in the rest.
5. Select Continue.

Step 2: company details (admins only).

If you created the company, you also fill in its contact details:

1. Enter the company email, phone and website.
2. Start typing the address. Where address lookup is available, pick your address from the suggestions and the postal code, city and country fill in for you. You can also choose Enter manually and type each field yourself.
3. Check that the country is correct, since it is used for billing.
4. Select Complete.

When you finish, Wyroo takes you to your dashboard. You can change any of these details later in your settings.

Choose your language

Wyroo speaks several languages, including English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish and Italian. To set yours:

1. Open your profile settings.
2. Find the preferred language menu and pick your language.

The change applies right away, and the emails Wyroo sends you arrive in that language too.

Invite the rest of your team

Once you are set up, bring in the people you work with. Admins can invite teammates to the workspace.

1. Open the team section in your settings.
2. Select Invite member.
3. Enter the person’s email address.
4. Choose their role: admin (full control), editor (can work on projects), or viewer (can look but not change).
5. Select Send invitation.

The person gets an email with a link to join. While they have not joined yet, their invite shows as pending, and you can resend or cancel it from the same screen.

Tip: Not sure who needs admin rights? Start people as editors. You can change anyone’s role later from the team list.
